Ann-Sofie Hammarbäck is a dance pedagogue trained at the Dance University of Stockholm and does classic ballet and free dance. She has also studied dance at the Contemporary Dance School in London.

She is also a qualified masseur trained at the Gymnastic Institute Axelssons in Stockholm.

She has been cooperating with Sandor A Markus for the past 16 years and has developed the keep-fit and self-care equipment Digital Medicin FQ 1.3®. She is president in the Scandinavian countries for A.I.C. - The International Academy for Total Human Culture. She is a member in the Scandinavian Academy for Bioethics. Furthermore, she is executive director and project leader within IHD - Individual Human Design KB.
